Just for fun's sake, I'm going to throw out some abilities that I personally think might be better for a Faction locked, Witcher Gold (maybe not balanced, but definitely better IMO). As for the extra draw, I don't see how it justifies 4 extra provisions (convince me otherwise please). Maybe if we enter a Tempo meta where there are lots of units to target the archetype will blossom, but until then, they'll just remain looking pretty in my collection. In general, the lock archetype is overcosted and ineffective (I'm looking at you Vattier). A 5/9 that locks a unit or gives 1 additional redraw is not worth it's provision cost. Not to rant buuuut whenever I look at this card's art, I remember how awesome the Witcher 2's opening was and then I weep when I see this card's ability.
